Aye: 47, No: 49. Three Alliance Party MLAs abstained: Judith Cochrane, Trevor Lunn and Kieran McCarthy. Four unionist MLAs voted in favour of the motion: John McCallister (UUP), Danny Kinahan (UUP), Basil McCrea (NI21), Claire Sugden (independent)
